Austin Gomber is a starting pitcher again and he plans to make the most of his regained role. The Rockies’ left-hander, the centerpiece of the Nolan Arenado trade with St. Louis before the 2021 season, was relegated to the bullpen last year in part because of his ineffectiveness as a starter.
