David Henderson, 46, of New York City, Linda Marshall, 53, of Lake George, and Kristina Ray (Tatsey), 37, of Argyle, are all facing multiple charges. LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now investigating after a teenager was killed at a landfill Thursday morning.Police identified the teenager as 16-year-old William M. Hampton of Lee’s Summit. He was a sophomore at Lee's Summit High School, known to most there as Will. Three suspects are now in custody after an alleged armed robbery developed into a pursuit in El Sereno Sunday morning. According to LAPD, a witness called 911 after observing three male suspects attempt to rob a business in the 4500 block of Valley Boulevard around 9:02 a.m. One suspect was taken into custody at the scene, police said. The two other suspects fled the scene in a gray BMW and LAPD units began a pursuit at 9:08 a.m. During the pursuit, a crash occurred at the intersection of Figueroa and 21st streets, and one of the suspects was arrested. The third suspect managed to get away after the crash but crashed again in the 1900 block of Estrella Avenue. He was arrested after the second crash occurred at 9:26 a.m. A rifle was also thrown out of the BMW during the pursuit, police said. None of the three suspects have been identified. One person was killed and seven others were injured by gunfire after a teen birthday party in Antioch turned violent early Sunday morning.According to the Antioch Police Department, a 19-year-old male was hosting a birthday party on Sunset Lane near Mountaire Park. Sometime close to 1 a.m., uninvited guests arrived at the party and multiple shots were fired soon after.Officers received the first reports of multiple gunshots at 12:58 a.m. on Sunday. When they arrived on the scene, they were told that multiple people had been shot. The San Mateo Police Department is asking for assistance in finding Rafael Roldan, an 81-year-old San Mateo resident who struggles with dementia.Roldan was last seen on Saturday at 4 p.m. after leaving his residence on Casa de Campo Way to go watch a soccer game at the park down the street. Roldan reportedly never arrived at Los Prados park.
