A 20-year-old St. Paul man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting last month on the city’s West Side, police said Friday.The suspect was arrested Thursday and booked into the Ramsey County jail on suspicion of murder for the killing of 23-year-old David Lashawn Isaac of St. Paul, police said.A case against the suspect will be referred to the Ramsey County Attorney’s office for charging consideration, police said.A 911 caller just after midnight on Oct. 23 reported “a person down on the ground” behind a residence in the 400 block of South Clinton Avenue, police have said.Officers found Isaac in a driveway/parking lot area behind townhomes. Everyone will be able to watch “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” this holiday season, thanks to Apple TV+.The streaming service announced that the holiday classic will be available to stream for free this year to celebrate the special’s 50th anniversary.
