OAKLAND — Two Oakland residents have been arrested and charged in connection with the Oct. 10 homicide of a 33-year-old man who was killed in a drive-by shooting, court records show.Enrique Campos-Patino, 40, and Lester Villatoro, 32, have been charged with murdering Alberto Servin-Ortega and illegal gun possession.
