At least 10 dead in Maine shooting and number expected to rise, officials say

Investigators were still processing the crime scenes and working to gather evidence. SAN DIEGO -- Wednesday marks 20 years since the devastating Cedar Fire ripped through San Diego.October 25, 2003, is a day etched into the minds of so many San Diegans.The Cedar Fire impacted the lives of thousand of people, and changed the way our local officials fight fires.At the time, the Cedar Fire was the largest wildfire in California History."I remember that day so vividly clear," said Bob Ilko, a Scripps Ranch resident and president of the Scripps Ranch Civic Association. SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is opening new entrances to Terminal 1 starting Friday.The new entrances, located on N. Harbor Drive, will be available to both pedestrians and drivers, Nicole Hall with SAN said in a press release Wednesday.New Terminal 1 Entrance Road (San Diego International Airport)Drivers traveling westbound on N. Harbor Drive will notice a difference as the new Terminal 1 entrance comes up earlier for motorists than the previous one, according to airport officials. Pedestrians will use a new path that begins near the intersection of N. After a rainy work week in the Twin Cities, the metro might see its first snowfall of the season this weekend.Tuesday’s record-breaking showers — which dumped 1.34 inches at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport — gave way to an overcast Wednesday, and a second round of heavy rainfall was expected to begin late Wednesday night and continue off-and-on into Friday, according to the National Weather Service.Light snow is possible Saturday, said Joe Strus, a weather service meteorologist in Chanhassen. Police searching for man wanted on drug warrants

SALEM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Multiple police agencies are searching for a man considered to be armed and dangerous in the Salem area. Police are looking for Jeffrey Dickinson. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! The search began around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police said Dickinson is wanted on a felony warrant, and he fled when confronted by law enforcement. Dickinson was last seen in a wooded area near Blind Buck Road in Salem. Police said a reverse 911 call went out to all area residents. Those in Salem are asked to report all suspicious activity to 911. They should not approach or make contact with Dickinson.
